We have a buyer that want to buy 50,000 MT x 12 Month Contract (so 600,000 MT).

First he want to make a trial order of 20 MT to Sychelles port first week of Jun-12. Packing: 1 lts 60%, 2 lts 30%, 5 Lts 10%. All with label.
Too he need samples this week 2 x 1L and pictures of all packing and sizes. He will arrange own courier (DHL) to pick up samples and pictures.

My buyer want to go to your factory in Malaysia before transferring the LC. Please confirm is that is possible and when. Please confirm payment terms, target price, commission, and capacity. Please contact ASAP because the buyer want to sign the contract now.
